PAYMENT
Payment for your order (including any applicable sales tax, handling and/or shipping charges) must be received before an order is processed.
Onurth accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before your
goods are shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS
Upon placing your order, you may choose between UPS and USPS shipping methods. Orders are dispatched from our NY location within 3-4
days of receipt (usually on the day of receipt), and shipping times can vary depending on methods chosen and ship to location. Free Shipping is
offered for orders in which the subtotal (after any discounts) reaches $75. The Free Shipping method is generally USPS but depending on
order weight could be shipped UPS. If you require UPS shipping you must choose and pay for this option.

ORDER STATUS
At Onurth we strive to get you your orders as quickly as possible. Even though most orders are shipped out the same day, please allow up to 4
business days for your products to leave our NY location. If you require expedited shipping please follow the instructions below for placing an
order by phone. Please note any special shipping instructions or requests in the "comments" section of the checkout page. Please be certain of
your contact information when placing an order (ie Phone Number and Email Address) so that we may contact you promptly if there is a problem
with your order. Upon submitting your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase from Onurth Organic Skincare within which is a
link to check the status of your order. For up to date information on your purchase we recommend emailing Onurth at orders@onurth.com. If
changes need to be made to your order please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
RETURNS
At Onurth our goal is to have happy, healthy customers who are satisfied with their purchases. If one product isn't working up to your
standards, then allow us to recommend a different one that may better suit your skin's needs. If for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase from Onurth please send an email with your order number and explanation to returns@onurth.com. Upon approval you may ship your
items within 14 days of purchase to:

Returns received without prior approval will not be accepted. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the
customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns will be issued a store credit for use at www.onurth.com or an
approved event location. Refunds will not be issued unless an item was incorrectly shipped or damaged in transit. Credits may be used towards
items other than Onurth products that are available for limited times at specified events. Returned items cannot and will not be resold. It is our
goal to make you a happy customer and hope you understand that we cannot issue refunds. All returns will be credited as a coupon code for
use at any time.
ITEMS ON BACKORDER
At Onurth we do our very best to ensure that all of our products are in stock and ready for you - Our main priority however, is product
freshness and quality and therefore do not stock large quantities of many of our products. If an item has become unavailable upon ordering you
will receive an email with an expected replenishment date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and get you your product as soon
as mother nature will allow it!

please complete the phone order request form and note what type of shipping you would like. Please give the requested arrival date and Onurth

SALES AND COUPON CODES
Onurth often issues coupon codes to customers that can be used at our online store. Coupon codes must be entered on the checkout page in
order to receive a discount. Expired coupon codes will not be excepted. Coupon codes and other sales may not be combined unless specifically
noted. Onurth reserves the right to void a coupon code at any time.
SITE SECURITY
Credit Card payments made via www.onurth.com are transferred to our processing agency via Paypal's secure server via an encrypted
format. Onurth does not store account numbers or share your personal data with any other entity.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
Onurth uses organically grown ingredients but we have NOT yet been certified as an organic product line in accordance with USDA standards.
The information provided on our website, labels, and any other printed material is for educational purposes only. The statements on our website,
labels and other printed material has not been evaluated by the food and drug administration. Information provided by Onurth and Onurth
products in general are not intended to treat, diagnose, cure or prevent any disease. Please check label ingredients to avoid allergic reactions.
Onurth and its founders will not be held accountable for allergic reactions, injury, illness or death as a result of using these products. Please
note that all Onurth products are made in a facility in which nuts and various herbs including Chamomile are present. For a detailed list of these
ingredients please email qualitycontrol@onurth.com. Each individual product has a limited shelf life as listed on our site. This shelf life may be
lessened or extended dependent on batch and/or customer care. It is the customer's responsibility to store products in a cool, dry space out of
direct sunlight. Customers should not allow non-sterile objects such as fingers, spatulas, water, etc to come in contact with products.
Customers should not allow dropper tips to touch non-sterile surfaces or infected areas. Doing any of these acts may result in product
contamination and may lessen a products shelf life. Onurth is not responsible for the misuse of any Onurth product. Onurth products are meant
for external use only and our company and/or founders will not be held accountable for improper use of any items purchased or received from
Onurth.
